Tim Vleisides

Tim Vleisides, CPA, currently serves as Accounting Manager at Newsela since April 2021, after progressing through roles as Senior Accountant and Staff Accountant. Prior experience includes working at KPMG US from October 2018 to April 2021 as a Senior Associate and Associate in Business Tax Services. Tim Vleisides also gained experience as a Finance Intern at Union Pacific Railroad from April 2016 to May 2018 and as a Purchasing Associate at DoubleTree by Hilton from June 2014 to April 2016. Earlier work includes a position as a Camp Counselor for the City of Maryland Heights, MO, from June 2010 to August 2012. Education was completed at Creighton University's Heider College of Business, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from 2014 to 2018, and graduating from Pattonville High School in 2014.
