Howard Kang

Howard Kang has extensive work experience in various roles within the IT and management consulting industries. Howard is currently working as a Delivery Director at Cognizant Microsoft Business Group, where they focus on providing exceptional client satisfaction and delivering business solutions using Microsoft technologies. Prior to this, they served as a Program Director at OCC, where they managed corporate initiatives and updated project status to executive stakeholders.

Before OCC, Howard worked at Allstate as a Program Manager, overseeing projects in different areas such as Claims and Direct Sales. Howard also participated in Allstate's Leadership Talent Acceleration Program and led various projects related to customer experience and payment systems.

Howard's career began at EDS as an Engineering System Engineer, and they later worked at Accenture as a Senior Consultant and at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Management Consultant. At Aon, they served as an IT Project Manager.

In 2013, Howard briefly worked as an IT Director at Samsung Fire & Marine Insurance, managing IT project portfolios and enterprise architecture. However, they left the role due to personal reasons related to their family.
