Rachele Stephenson

Rachele Stephenson is the investor relations and fundraising team’s point of engagement for NewSpring. Rachele is responsible for coordinating and supporting the firm’s fundraising activities including preparing marketing materials, servicing existing LP relationships, planning LP-centric events, and handling investor documents including DDQs and RFPs.

Before joining NewSpring in 2015, Rachele was a Recruiting Specialist with Farmers Insurance Group where she managed the recruiting and hiring processes for Agent Candidates. Prior to Farmers Insurance Group, Rachele was an Executive Assistant at Allied Building Corporation where she provided support to the President, Construction Director, multiple Project Managers, a Project Coordinator, and Project Superintendents.

Rachele received a BSBA in International Relations and Asian Studies from Lehigh University.
