Elliot Dix has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2015, they had a marketing internship at SHIFT Communications, where they gained exposure to emerging technologies. In 2016, they joined Promoboxx as an Account Specialist, contributing to the company's client management and support efforts until 2018. Elliot then transitioned to HubSpot, where they held two roles within the Customer Success Manager - Partner Program, mentoring new team members and being selected for a feedback group to drive program-wide change. In 2019, they joined Grubhub as a Technical Brand Manager, overseeing enterprise brands and successfully managing client app and web launches. Currently, Elliot works at NewStore, Inc. as a Senior Customer Success Manager, collaborating with retail brands globally to facilitate their digital transformations.
