Aaron Good

Aaron Good is an experienced Learning and Development Manager at New Story, where responsibilities include creating and managing a center for excellence, aligning training initiatives with strategic priorities, and enhancing team capabilities through effective resource utilization. Prior to this role, Aaron held various positions focused on Learning and Development, including Instructional Designer and Specialist, overseeing training needs assessment and course development. As the owner of Lovelight Photography, Aaron specialized in capturing weddings, portraits, and commercial videography, emphasizing storytelling through imagery. Additional experience includes developing eLearning modules and consulting on Adobe Captivate projects for various organizations. Aaron earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication with a focus on Emerging Technology from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania.
