Tan Wooi Ming

Tan Wooi Ming is an experienced engineering lead currently working at Newswav Sdn. Bhd. since September 2021, where the focus is on news aggregation in Malaysia. Prior to this role, Tan served as an engineering lead at Carsome from April 2018 to August 2021, overseeing project delivery and stakeholder communication, and held the position of senior software engineer, where responsibilities included API development and mobile application projects. Tan's career began at secQ.me as an intern and progressed to a senior software engineer role at webShaper, contributing to e-commerce solutions for SMEs. Tan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR), completed in 2013.
