Tamar Iluridze is currently serving as a Programme Officer at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, focusing on the global programme "Shaping Development-Oriented Migration." In addition, Tamar has been a Lecturer in Economics at Newton Free School since December 2021, teaching the International Baccalaureate® Middle Years Programme. Prior experience includes a role as a Financial and Administrative Assistant at Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung e.V., contributing to the EU-funded project "Skills for success" aimed at enhancing youth entrepreneurship in Georgia. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Business Administration/Finance and Control from Università degli Studi della Tuscia and a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Tbilisi State University.
