Shefali Sharma

Shefali Sharma is a seasoned professional in the Aerospace and Defence sector, currently serving as Co-Founder and Director of Oxford Dynamics, a company focusing on innovative technology while in stealth mode since April 2020. Additionally, Sharma co-founded OXLABS in December 2020, also in stealth mode, and holds the position of Venture Fellow at the Newton Venture Program since September 2021, which involves training within the Venture Capital ecosystem. Previous roles include Principal Business Development & Strategy Consultant and Head of Sales & Marketing at In-Space Missions Limited, Senior Commercial Strategist and Business Development professional at Oxford Space Systems, and Sector Specialist for the Department for International Trade, where expertise in the Indian space market was developed.
