Sabrina Hoks

Sabrina Hoks is currently the HR Director at Newzoo. Prior to this, they were an HR Manager at Activision Blizzard from January 2020 to December 2021. In this role, they were responsible for HR business partnering in the Benelux/Emerging Markets region. This included assisting in creating and driving the annual HR plan and objectives, implementing the annual performance management and compensation review processes, building relationships with managers to ensure a proactive approach to engaging and retaining key talent, and more.

Before their role at Activision Blizzard, Sabrina was in HR Shared Services for Benelux/Emerging Markets/France/Italy/Spain. In this role, they managed full-cycle HR administrative processes for the region-based employee group, prepared employment contracts and new hire documentation, administered absence management policies/procedures & tracking/reporting, and more.

Sabrina has a wealth of experience in HR and a proven track record of success in both Business Partnering and Shared Services roles. Sabrina is an expert in managing full-cycle HR processes, developing strong relationships with managers and employees, administering benefits programs, and more.

Sabrina Hoks has a Master's degree in Communication from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) and a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Languages from Inholland University of Applied Sciences.

They work with Pieter van den Heuvel - Head of Product Development, Tyler Long - Market Lead, Developers & Publishers, and André Ferreira - ICT Manager. Their manager is Michelle Rouhof, CEO.
