Adele Farrell

Adele Farrell has extensive work experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. Adele currently holds the position of Recruitment and Human Resources Director at NEXA | EAM since August 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Manager and HR Recruitment Manager at the same company. Additionally, Adele worked as a Recruitment & Marketing Specialist at Cal OpEx Ltd. for a short period in 2015. Before joining NEXA | EAM, they worked as a Recruitment Specialist USA at LotusWorks from November 2013 to June 2015. Adele also gained experience in the banking sector as an Online Business Analyst, Sales Manager, and Sales Team Leader at Bank of Ireland from 2003 to 2013.

Adele Farrell began their education in 2006 at CMI Ireland, where they studied Sales Management for one year until 2007. In 2010, they continued their education at Dublin Business School, focusing on Online Marketing & Digital Strategy for a year until 2011. In addition to their formal education, Adele also obtained certifications in Business Writing Principles from LinkedIn in September 2018, and in Interpersonal Communication from LinkedIn in August 2018.
