Marcio Godoy

Mr. Godoy has been the Senior Vice President of Project Development & Execution since June 2020 and has also been responsible for engineering and IT. Mr. Godoy has over 27 years of experience in the mining industry. He has worked in different roles related to mineral exploration, mineral technology, project development, and implementation, and mining operations in several countries including Brazil, Mozambique, Chile, Zambia, Australia, and Suriname. Mr. Godoy previously worked in well-known companies including Vale, Phelps Dodge, Golden Star Resources, and Novo Astro Mining. He was also the chairman of the Agency for the technological development of the Brazilian Mining Industry (“ADIMB”). Mr. Godoy is a graduate Geologist and has a Masters in Geology from the São Paulo State University (“UNESP”).
