Tomasz Cieszyński

Tomasz Cieszyński has had a varied and impressive career in the engineering field. Tomasz began their career in 2011 at BWI GROUP as a Product Engineer (valving), Product Engineer Assistant, and Trainee. In 2013, they started their own business as a 3D Printing Trainer and Engineering Consultant. In 2014, they co-founded Sand Made sp. z o.o. as CTO, developing a 3D Printer for the foundry industry. In 2016, they co-founded NXT Factory as CTO, developing the QLS350, the fastest and most productive SLS 3D Printer on the market. Finally, in 2020, they joined NEXA3D as Head Of Technology SLS Solutions, coordinating a geographically dispersed, interdisciplinary team and defining and tracking projects' progress, goals, and metrics of success.

Tomasz Cieszyński completed a Master's Degree in Mechatronic Design from AGH University of Science and Technology in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained an Engineer's Degree in Mechatronics from the same university between 2007 and 2012.
