Barton Pitts

Barton joined Nexamp in January 2018. He manages the Midwest development team, originating community solar projects in Illinois and Minnesota. Before joining Nexamp, Barton worked in sales at WCP Solar in Naperville, IL. Prior to his solar career, Barton successfully built and managed a residential mortgage company for 10 years. In 2008, the company was sold to Wintrust Mortgage in Chicago. Barton managed operations as COO of Wintrust Mortgage until 2017. Barton graduated from St. Lawrence University with a double major in Economics and French.
