Karen Lalley

As Nexamp’s Senior Vice President of People, Karen oversees all human resource and talent management functions, including culture building, recruiting, training & development, and HR administration and compliance. She acts as a consultative leader to the executive team and partners with all areas of the organization to ensure that Nexamp continues to be a great place to work.

She is the first "People" person to be hired at Nexamp and has since established HR structure to support rapid growth, designing and developing organization-wide values.

Prior to joining Nexamp, Karen was Vice President of Global HR and Talent Acquisition at GSN Games for 9 years. She also spent her early career years as a counselor to teen gang members in the Phoenix area.

Karen holds a M.S.W. and a B.A. in Sociology.
