Nick Kamphaus

As Senior Vice President & Deputy General Counsel, Nick oversees legal support and helps to improve coordination for Nexamp’s generation-related businesses, including related project and portfolio financings.

Prior to joining Nexamp, Nick was in-house counsel at Alliant Energy, a public electric and natural gas utility, where he primarily supported commercial transactions, including investments and business ventures in renewable energy. Prior to Alliant Energy, Nick was in private practice at the law firms Milbank and Jones Day.

Nick attended law school at the Ohio State University, where he also completed a double major in mathematics and philosophy. He is resident in Nexamp’s Washington, DC, office.
