Arch Fragale

Arch Fragale is an experienced quality and process management professional with a career spanning over three decades in the manufacturing industry. Currently serving as Quality Manager at Nexans Olex since March 2003, Arch is responsible for overseeing the Integrated Management System and driving quality improvement initiatives using various statistical techniques. Previous roles include Continuous Improvement Manager, Process Engineering/Training and Shop Floor Developmental Manager, and Senior Process and Projects Engineer. Prior to Nexans Olex, Arch held engineering management positions at Belden Inc. and was a Technical Manager at Vision Cables, contributing to product and process optimization in cable manufacturing. Arch began the career as a Process Engineer and Sales Operation Supervisor at Kemcor Australia, with a strong educational background in Chemical Engineering from the University of Melbourne and the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
