Guillaume Deschamps

Guillaume Deschamps has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Guillaume started their career as a Consultant at Atos Consulting in 2012, followed by a role as a Consultant at BearingPoint in 2014. In the same year, they joined KLB GROUP as a Senior Consultant, where they completed various consulting missions in industries such as transport, energy, food, and agriculture. Their most notable project involved reviewing the purchasing strategy for the largest agricultural cooperative in Europe.

Deschamps transitioned to Nexans in 2016, where they held several roles over the years. Guillaume served as the Group Purchasing Business Process Owner & Transformation Leader, responsible for deploying a global purchasing transformation project across 19 countries within the Group. Additionally, they acted as an expert on the Ariba tool and led the implementation of the project in Norway. Prior to this, they served as the Group Category Manager for Maintenance, Repair & Operations, handling big-ticket projects and negotiations for various purchasing categories.

In 2019, Deschamps took on the role of Business Group Purchasing Manager at Nexans, overseeing subsea and land systems. Guillaume was later promoted to the position of Tender & Project Purchasing Team Lead.

Guillaume Deschamps holds a Master's degree in International Business from North Carolina State University, which they obtained in 2012. Prior to that, they completed a Master's degree in Management from SKEMA Business School, specializing in Management, from 2008 to 2011.
