Juan I. Eyzaguirre

Juan I. Eyzaguirre has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Juan I. currently holds the position of Executive Vice President at Nexans since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Nexans as the Corporate VP Strategy and M&A and was a member of the Executive Committee from April 2017 to October 2022. Juan I. also worked as the Corporate Development Manager at Quiñenco from July 2015 to April 2017. Before that, Juan had a position as a Business Development Manager summer MBA intern at Tarpon Investimentos in 2014. Juan I. also served as an Executive Director at SEP from September 2011 to March 2012 and as a Member of the Board from April 2010 to October 2011. Juan gained experience in the political sector as the Chief of Staff to the President of Chile Sebastián Piñera from March 2010 to September 2011. Juan I. started their career as an Associate at LarrainVial Investment Bank from March 2007 to March 2010 and as an Assistant Professor at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile from March 2007 to March 2010.

Juan I. Eyzaguirre holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Harvard Business School, which they obtained from 2012 to 2015. Juan I. also completed a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Development Economics and International Development at Harvard Kennedy School during the same period. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2007, they pursued a Master in Engineering at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Their undergraduate studies were focused on Civil Engineering, where they obtained a B.Sc. degree with a major in Structural and Geotechnical Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile from 2001 to 2006.
