As an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company from August 2011 to February 2020, Nimrod led the Customer Care BPO practice and developed multi-billion dollar transformation programs for Fortune 500 technology companies. Nimrod served as a Staff Sergeant and Commander in the Israel Defense Forces, earning a Commander’s Award for Excellence In Leadership. Educational background includes an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting, Business Management & Economics from Tel Aviv University.
