Sheya Hertz

Sheya Hertz has worked in various Human Resources roles since 1997. Sheya began their career at Intel Corporation as a Compensation and Benefits Manager, Organizational Developer and Training Manager. In 2008, they moved to Intel where they supported the Corporate Services Organization in Israel and worked with 3 CS senior leaders on building and implementing their strategy. In 2011, Sheya Hertz started their own company as an Organizational Consultant and Personal Coach. From 2016 to 2020, Sheya Hertz worked as an HR VP at Matomy Media Group and OpenWeb. In 2022, they will become the VP of HR at Nexar Inc.

Sheya Hertz began their education in 1992, earning a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. Following this, they earned a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 1995-1997. Sheya then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2000-2002. In 2006-2007, they completed a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach® (CPCC) from CTI Education Group. Finally, in 2018-2019, they completed a Practitioner in Physical Therapy/Therapist from NLP PLUS.
