Steve Christoff

SVP, Design Innovation at NexCore Group

Steve Christoff is the Senior Vice President of Design Innovation at NexCore Group. Steve has over 20 years of experience in healthcare design and architecture.

Steve Christoff started their career in 1999 at Hammel, Green and Abrahamson, Inc. (HGA) as a healthcare planner and designer. In 2006, they became the Director of Business Development at NELSON, where they led business development for the Minneapolis location. Two years later, they took on the same role at RSP Architects.

In 2010, Steve Christoff returned to HGA as a Principal and Vice President. In this role, they served as the Principal Architect and Client manager for the Healthcare design team. Steve also led Business Development for HGA’s Healthcare practice.

In 2015, Steve Christoff joined NexCore Group as the Senior Vice President of Design Innovation. In this role, they are responsible for leading the design innovation process across all of NexCore Group’s portfolio companies.

Steve Christoff has a Bachelor of Architecture from Hampton University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and General from The University of Alabama.

Steve Christoff works with Bryan Ellison - SVP, Design & Construction, Kristen Neumann - SVP, Leasing, and Amy Andresen - SVP, Leasing. Steve Christoff reports to Greg Venn, CEO & Founding Partner.
