As Senior Global Business Advisor, Mark advises the Board Members and mentors the leadership team on all aspects of corporate activities worldwide. Mark is a BS and MS from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He is a seasoned global human resource professional with over 30 years of experience across various industries including Manufacturing, Finance, Healthcare, and Food Processing. He has overseen various HR initiatives in M&A, Greenfield, and Restructuring. Mark has experience across all facets of human resources in North America, Europe, and APAC regions.

He assists SKP’s global strategic initiatives (especially in the US), strengthening existing client relationships and generating new opportunities. As an ambassador for the firm, he helps build a robust ecosystem for success in global markets.

During his career, Mark has successfully driven comprehensive corporate and HR initiatives to enhance productivity, maximize efficiencies, and to grow top-performing teams at large public and privately held market leaders.

Currently, Mark is working as Vice-President, Human Resources at Newly Weds Foods, a large multinational privately held global corporation with 26 plants across the globe. Some of the other companies he has worked in various management capacities are Golden County Foods, Hollister Incorporated, University of Chicago Hospitals, FMC Corporation and De La Rue.

Mark is actively involved in philanthropic causes and other extra-curricular activities. He is an Advisory Committee Member at the Chicago Centre for Arts and Technology, and a Board Member of Africa Hope Mission. He previously served as a Board Member of the Barrington Job Club, and the Can-Do MS Centre. Marks’ hobbies include scuba diving, long distance bicycling, gardening, traveling and volunteering. He is an avid fan of the Wisconsin Badgers and the Green Bay Packers.
