Danny Czaja

Danny Czaja is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. As CEO of HT MicroAnalytical Inc. since 2013, Danny transformed the company from an R&D focused operation to a profitable manufacturing entity, establishing a pioneering metal MEMS fabrication facility. Additionally, Danny serves as Chairman of the Board at Nexen Group, Inc. and has a background as a Technology Advisor at BrandSpins and Senior Vice President of Business Development at Orion Energy Systems, where Danny significantly increased sales and contributed to the company's public listing. Danny also founded Innovize, focusing on strategic sourcing for mid-market manufacturing before its merger with Baker Tilly Virchow Krause.
