Arturo Hoyo

Arturo Hoyo has a long and diverse work experience in the chemical industry. Arturo began their career at Grupo IDESA in 1993 as a Sales Administration Leader, and then moved on to work at Polimeros Nacionales as a Commercial Manager from 1997 to 1999. Arturo joined Chevron Phillips Chemical Company in 1998 as a Technical Sales Representative before moving to BASF in 1999 as a Business Manager. At BASF, they worked until 2007 before joining PolyOne as a Commercial Director. In 2012, they joined Nexeo Solutions as a Country Manager and worked in this role until 2019. At Nexeo Plastics, they held multiple positions, including Managing Director from 2019 to 2021, Vice President - Commercial Sales North America in 2021, Vice President Product Line Management North America from 2021 to 2023, and Vice President Corporate Accounts from 2023 onwards.

Arturo Hoyo completed a Master's degree in Quality Engineering at the Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México from 1993 to 1995. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with a focus on Industrial Engineering from the same university, from 1987 to 1991.
