Dylan Valin

Dylan Valin serves as a Social Media Manager at NexGen Agency since September 2018, providing online customer service and support to 49 franchise gyms across Canada. Valin advanced from US customer service representative to Team Lead in April 2020, overseeing Canadian franchisees, and is responsible for creating marketing materials, ad copy, and developing digital marketing strategies. Additionally, Dylan co-founded Dog Knife LLC in May 2020, specializing in 3D printed accessories. Valin holds a Certificate in Network Support from Atlantic Technical College, earned between 2016 and 2017.
