Richard Higby

Richard Higby is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and management across various organizations in the scientific and business development sectors. Currently serving as Principal at NexGenLab since April 2023, Richard focuses on empowering clients through training and development. Previously, Richard held the position of Executive Member at MBDi, where responsibilities included principal training for mastering business development. Richard's past roles include Vice President of Microbiology at Eurofins, Director of Microbiology at Covance, and Managing Director at Microbac Laboratories, among others. Richard holds a PhD in Physical and Synthetic Organic Chemistry from UC Irvine and a BA in Chemistry from UC Santa Barbara.
