Agnieszka Dalecka-Smith

Agnieszka Dalecka-Smith has over 16 years of work experience in various HR and finance roles.

Agnieszka is currently employed at Nexi Group as the SVP HR and Head of HR Operations, starting in May 2022.

Prior to that, they worked at Arla Foods for 10 years, where they held multiple roles. Agnieszka was the Senior Director for Global HR Service Delivery from October 2020 to May 2022. Before that, they served as the Director of Global HR Shared Services and Infrastructure from June 2017 to October 2020. From September 2016 to June 2017, they held the position of Director GBSHR Operation Services. Agnieszka also worked as a Senior Finance Manager from April 2014 to September 2016 and as a Cash Manager from January 2012 to August 2014 during their time at Arla Foods.

Prior to joining Arla Foods, Agnieszka Dalecka-Smith worked at Arla Global Financial Service Center Sp. z o.o. as a Treasury Senior Accountant from June 2009 to December 2011.

Agnieszka began their career at Saint-Gobain, where they served as a Treasurer Assistant from an unknown start date to 2009.

Agnieszka Dalecka-Smith obtained a Master's Degree in Economics from the University of Gdansk. Agnieszka studied at the university from 2001 to 2006.
