David Jones

David Jones has a diverse work experience in the fuel card and payment solutions industry. David started their career at Shell International, where they held various roles including Card Marketing Assistant, Retail Area Sales & Operations Manager, and Global Business Lead. David then joined Fleetcor as European Business Lead Architect, and later served as Director of Global FleetNet, Vice President of Partner Business Solutions, and Vice President of International Partner Development.

In 2016, David joined Edenred as International Corporate Development Manager for Fleet & Mobility Solutions, responsible for strategic partnerships and business development. David was also the Head of Card Security at UTA UNION TANK Eckstein GmbH & Co. KG.

David's most recent roles include Head of Fleet & MaaS at Nexi, where they focused on providing solutions in the fuel card, mobility, and EV charging space, and Interim Head of Data Productivity at both Nexi Group and Nets.

Throughout their career, David has demonstrated expertise in product development, strategic partnerships, and international business development.

David Jones attended Handsworth Grammar School from 1977 to 1984, where they did not obtain a specific degree or field of study. David then went on to University of Oxford from 1984 to 1987, where they obtained a degree in Modern History with a 2:1 classification. Specifically, they were enrolled at The Queen's College Oxford University during this time.
