Tim Wilson

CEO at Nexia International

Tim Wilson has had a long and varied career, starting with their time in the British Army. Tim rose to the rank of Colonel, and their roles included Commander of the Army's largest armoured training establishment and Chief of Staff of a leading headquarters. In 2003, they became Commanding Officer of 1st The Queen's Dragoon Guards, and they held this position until 2005.

After leaving the Army, Tim spent a few years in the corporate world, first as Director of Membership of The Abbeyfield Society and then as Chief Executive of MSI Global Alliance. In July 2021, they became CEO of Nexia International, a global association of 250 legal and accounting firms in over 100 countries.

Tim is a highly respected leader with a wealth of experience in both the public and private sectors. Tim is known for their dedication to their work and their commitment to making a difference in the lives of others.

Tim Wilson's educational career began at Alliance Manchester Business School, where they earned their MA. Tim then went on to study Defence Studies at King's College London. After completing their studies at the UK Army Staff College, Camberley, they undertook Officer Training in Leadership at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst. Tim then attended Haileybury UK and Amesbury School, Hindhead.
