Ran Polager

Ran Polager has a strong background in product management and business analysis. Ran started their career at SeaPass Solutions, Inc. as a Business Analyst, where they were responsible for analyzing and designing the core product. Ran then joined NCR Retail as a Business Analyst, eventually progressing to the role of Product Lead for Sainsbury's Ltd., where they led all product activities for the third-largest supermarket chain in the UK. At NCR Retail, they also served as a Business Analysis Manager and Head of Business Analysis. While in these roles, they defined strategic and tactical product roadmaps, including the design of Retalix's Self-Scan product, which saw successful adoption and generated significant revenue. After their time at NCR Retail, Ran joined Supersmart - Retail Made Right as the Head of Product. Ran played a key role in growing the product from 1 to 5 customers and establishing the product team. Finally, they are currently serving as the Director of Product at Nexite, where they built the product from scratch and is responsible for the company's strategy and roadmap.

Ran Polager completed their high school education at Metro-West High School from 1994 to 1997. Ran then pursued an Engineer's Degree in Engineering/Industrial Management at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from 2002 to 2006.
