Steve Campbell

Steve Campbell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, governmental liaison roles, and training. Currently serving as a Planner Trainer at Nexiya, Inc. since June 2022, Steve mentors and supports new project planners. Prior to this, from December 1989 to December 2019 at San Diego Gas & Electric Co., Steve held various significant positions, including Senior Governmental Liaison, where responsibilities included managing municipal capital improvement projects and overseeing construction projects involving overhead to underground power line conversions. As a Project Manager, Steve led a team focused on the installation of network devices for the Smart Meter network. Additionally, in the role of Account Executive, Steve facilitated collaboration between SDG&E and 27 municipalities on energy-efficiency projects. Steve holds a Bachelor's degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from San Diego State University and an Associate of Arts degree in General Education from Palomar College.
