Josh Eadie

Josh Eadie has a diverse range of experience in the real estate industry. Josh has held roles such as Vice President of Development at NexMetro Communities, where they are responsible for land acquisition strategy and pre-development underwriting. Prior to that, they served as Vice President of Acquisitions & Development at Rastegar Property Company, overseeing underwriting and analysis of prospective opportunities and ground-up development projects. In previous roles, they worked with Bell Partners Inc and Alliance Residential Company, expanding their third-party management platforms through underwriting services, due diligence, and relationship management. Josh also has experience in portfolio analytics and wealth management from their time at U.S. Trust. Josh Eadie has a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture and Urban Studies- Industrial Design from Virginia Tech, which they obtained from 2006 to 2011. Josh also attended Central Virginia Governor's School for Math, Science, & Technology from 2004 to 2006, although there is no information on the degree or field of study obtained from that institution. Josh completed their high school education at Brookville High School, earning an Honors Degree between 2002 and 2006.
