William Hulton

William Hulton has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. William started as the President of Capital Associates, Inc. in 2004. Later, they joined ABC Capital Corp. as a Development Manager in 2004 and eventually became the Real Estate Manager in 2008. In 2020, they transitioned to NexMetro Communities as the Vice President of Development for Florida. Currently, they hold the position of Managing Director for Florida at NexMetro Communities.

William Hulton attended Mercyhurst University from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. Their degree was in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration. In terms of additional certifications, they completed a course titled "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" at LinkedIn in January 2021. In July 2020, they also completed two other courses at LinkedIn: "The Secret: What Great Leaders Know and Do (getAbstract Summary)" and "The Six Morning Habits of High Performers".
