Timothy Ahlers

Timothy Ahlers, MBA, possesses extensive experience in operations, training development, and logistics. Currently serving as a Wideband Satcom Operations and Technical Support Training Developer at NexOne, Inc. since February 2019, Timothy works with L3Harris to implement training policies for SATCOM personnel worldwide. Timothy's military career spans nearly two decades with the US Army, where roles include Logistician and Senior Space Enabler, coordinating operational resources for a dining facility and serving as the first line of defense in missile warning operations. Previous positions also include Training Development Specialist at AOCE, Inc., Customer Service Representative at Xerox, and Marketing Coordinator at Edge Advertising. Timothy holds an MBA in Information Technology, a Bachelor's in Project Management, and is pursuing a Doctorate in Organizational Development and Change from Colorado Technical University.
