Kevin Steinbach

Kevin Steinbach is a Senior Project Engineer at nexos, currently seconded to CNRL to assist the EDC team with the decommissioning of the Ninian Central Platform. With extensive experience in the energy sector, previous roles include Asset Facilities Engineer at Petrofac, where responsibilities encompassed client interface and project delivery for the NEO NEXTs GPIII FPSO asset, and Senior Project Engineer at PBS by Ponticelli, managing upgrade projects for TotalEnergies. Kevin's background includes a period dedicated to professional and personal development, culminating in Master’s degrees in Project Management and Oil and Gas Management. Prior roles also include Project Engineer at Apache Corporation, where Kevin delivered significant pipeline upgrades, and a variety of engineering positions at Wood Group and Technip, contributing to substantial projects in offshore and onshore environments. Kevin holds an HNC in Mechanical Engineering, a BSc in Construction Management, and an HND in Architectural Technology, alongside ongoing language studies in Spanish.
