Elza Assink

Elza Assink has extensive work experience in various HR roles and consulting positions. Elza is currently working at Nexperia as the Head HR Netherlands & Global HR Business Partner Procurement, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to this role, Elza worked at Nexperia as a Sr HR Project & Operations Manager and Global HR Business Partner Procurement from 2020 to 2022. Elza also held the position of Sr HR Project & Operations Manager at Nexperia from 2017 to 2020.

Before joining Nexperia, Elza worked as a Senior Workday HCM Consultant/Engagement Manager at Ataraxis Services in 2016. Elza also served as an HR Consultant & Owner at TransfoHR from 2015 to 2017 and as an HR Transformation Consultant at Hilango from 2016 to 2017. Elza also worked as an HRIS Analyst AP region at Levi Strauss & Co. in 2015 and as an HR consultant at Medtronic in 2015.

Elza's early career saw their working as a Senior HCM Consultant at Every Angle Global from 2015 to 2015. Elza started their professional journey at NXP Semiconductors in 2005, where they held various positions, including Senior HR Project Manager - HR Operations from 2011 to 2015, Global Application Manager HRM NXP from 2006 to 2011, and Talent Development Project Coordinator from 2005 to 2006. Prior to their career in HR, Elza worked as a Management Assistant Finance in a private company.

Elza Assink earned a Bachelor's degree in HR Strategy from NCOI Business School, which they attended from 2005 to 2008. In 2003, they also obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM from Claever Associates, where they received Myers Briggs Type Indicator Accreditation. Elza has also obtained various certifications, including Unconscious Bias, Strategic Thinking, and HR as a Business Partner from LinkedIn, and Workday certifications such as Workday Engagement Manager and Workday Core HCM. Additionally, Elza holds a Prince2 Foundation certification from APMG International and MBTI Step 1 certification from OPP.
