Saharah Othman

Saharah Othman is an experienced industrial engineering professional currently serving as Regional Senior Industrial Engineering Manager at Nexperia since May 2020. Prior to this role, Saharah was the Manager of Industrial Engineering at Infineon Technologies for four years, leading a team of 13 High Performance Engineers focused on various methodologies including Standard and Governance Productivity, Manufacturing Execution Method (CAMSTAR), and efficiency improvement projects. Saharah also held the position of Lean Six Sigma and Industrial Engineering Manager at SMART GLOVE CORPORATION SDN. BHD., promoting Lean practices across departments and production floors. Saharah holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from New Mexico State University and a secondary education diploma (SPM) from Sekolah Men Seri balik Pulau.
