Sound Designer at Next Big Idea Club

Emma Erdbrink has been working in audio engineering since 2015. Emma began as a Teaching Assistant at Berklee College of Music and then moved on to become a Freelance Audio Engineer, Post Production Mixer, and Producer for Independent. In 2017, they became an Audio Engineer for Starburns Industries, and in 2018, they were hired by All Things Comedy as a Producer, Engineer for the Phoney and Call-y Podcast, Audio Engineer and Producer for weekly podcasts, and Post Production Sound Mixer for Bill Driving with Bill Burr, Something's Burning with Bert Kreischer, Wrists of Fury with Kelsey Cook, Comedians Sell A House, and You Welcome with Marcella Arguello. Emma also became a Producer and Audio Engineer for the Headgum podcasts Good Christian Fun, High & Mighty, and Doughboys, as well as Audio Engineer for Hobby Hunter w/ Sydnee Washington and Producer for Drag Her Podcast with Nicole Byer and Mano Agapion. In 2017, they became an Audio Engineer for Marketplace by APM, and in 2019, they were hired by ESPN as an Audio Mixer/Mastering Engineer for ESPN Daily and by Western Sound as a Mastering Engineer for Naked Podcast with Catt Sadler. In 2018, they were hired by Audible, Inc. as an Audio Engineer and Sound Designer for a project, and in 2021, they became a Sound Designer for Next Big Idea Club.

Emma Erdbrink attended Emerson College from 2011 to 2015 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Sound Design/Audio Post Production. Prior to that, they attended Exeter High School from 2007 to 2011.
