Sheena Blanco is a seasoned professional in customer experience and technical account management, currently serving as Senior Director of Customer Experience at Next DLP since March 2023. Prior to this, Sheena held the role of Chief Technology Officer at The Three Albertos and Manager of Technical Account Management at Endpoint Protector by CoSoSys, where the CoSoSys Technical Account Manager service was established. With extensive experience at Digital Guardian from 2016 to 2022, managing a global team and enhancing customer service, as well as a long tenure at Oracle Corporation providing support for various software products, Sheena has developed a robust foundation in data protection and customer support. Sheena began their career with software development roles at Electronic Data Systems, Rand Information Systems, and Vaisala, following an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Stirling.
