Nabeel Sulaiman has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Game Analyst and Games Analyst at the same company from 2019 to 2021. Before joining Next Games, Nabeel worked at Hilytes Inc. as a Junior Analyst and Data Visualization Specialist from 2016 to 2017. At Hilytes, they were responsible for preparing reports and visuals using Tableau and R, as well as collaborating with the software development team to identify software issues and gather user feedback. In 2013, Nabeel briefly worked as a Tele-Surveyor at Careers Office, and from 2010 to 2012, they co-founded and managed OISSA Futsal, where they played a crucial role in developing and promoting futsal in Karachi, Pakistan, organizing tournaments and resolving conflicts. Overall, Nabeel has a strong background in game analytics, business intelligence, data visualization, and entrepreneurship.

Nabeel Sulaiman began their education in 2012 at the University of Nottingham Malaysia, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics. Nabeel later transferred to Aalto University in 2013, where they completed another Bachelor's degree, this time in International Business, which they finished in 2015. During their time at Aalto University, Nabeel also had the opportunity to study abroad at the University of Nebraska at Omaha in 2015, focusing on Economics as their minor through exchange studies. After completing their undergraduate studies, Nabeel went on to pursue a Master's degree at Hanken School of Economics, specializing in Economics. Nabeel concluded their Master's degree program in 2019.
