Bushra Fatima (CHRP) has extensive work experience in human resources and recruitment. Bushra most recently served as the Head of HR & Technical Recruitment at DotZero Private Limited since March 2017. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Talent & Culture at Next Generation Innovations (NextGENi) starting in February 2020.

From 2012 to 2019, Bushra worked at Next Generation Innovations (NextGENi) in various roles, including Manager Human Resources and Asst. Manager Human Resources. Bushra also had experience as a Sr. HR & Recruitment Executive at Salsoft Technologies (Pvt) Ltd in 2012 and as a Recruitment & HR - Senior Executive at Clarus Consulting Pvt. Ltd. from 2010 to 2012.

Earlier in their career, Bushra worked as an HR Officer at Softnology Systems (Pvt) Ltd. from 2009 to 2010 and as a Human Resources Executive at IBEX | Global in 2009.

Bushra Fatima (CHRP) earned a Master's Degree in International Relations from Karachi University, where they studied from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resource Management at Jinnah University for Women, from 2009 to 2010. In addition, they obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource (PGDHR) from the Pakistan Institute of Management in December 2011.
