Olga Kyriakou

Olga Kyriakou is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as Head of Culture & Talent and Senior HR Business Partner at Allwyn Lottery Solutions since September 2021. With a diverse background in human resources, Olga has held positions such as HR Specialist at Agile Actors and MSF Greece, where significant contributions included developing HR initiatives and overseeing recruitment procedures. Prior experience includes leading the IT Recruitment Services Team at Kariera.gr and consulting on tech talent attraction strategies at Code.Hub. Olga co-curated TEDxKids@Ilissos, the first Greek TEDx initiative for children, and earlier worked in HR roles at Johnson & Johnson, AIESEC Hellas, and Office Connection.
