Ashley Amzalag

Ashley Amzalag has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Ashley currently works as the Head of US Talent Acquisition at Next Insurance, starting in December 2021. Prior to this role, they held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Next Insurance from December 2020 to January 2022. Before joining Next Insurance, Ashley worked at Link2USA as a Recruiting Manager from October 2018 to January 2022. Ashley also served as a Recruiting Team Lead at Link2USA from October 2017 to October 2018 and as a Recruiter from October 2016 to October 2017. In addition to their talent acquisition and recruiting roles, Ashley has experience as an English Teacher at The A Academy from July 2015 to March 2016. Ashley began their career as a Program Assistant at Casa Serena Women's Recovery Homes from October 2014 to July 2015 and as a Counseling Intern at Pasadena Recovery Center from May 2014 to September 2014.

Ashley Amzalag pursued their education starting from 2011 to 2013 at Santa Barbara City College, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Psychology. Ashley went on to study at UC Santa Barbara from 2013 to 2015, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology.
