Chris Florence, CPCU, has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 1997, they worked as an Investigator IV for the State of Texas until 2001. Following that, they joined State Farm® and held various roles, including Claims Specialist in homeowners and commercial insurance from 2001 to 2007, Special Investigator/SIU from 2007 to 2012, and Estimatics Team Manager from 2012 to 2019. In 2019, Chris joined Next Insurance, where they initially worked as a Claims Audit and Compliance professional until January 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Claim Audit, Compliance, Licensing, and TPA Oversight Manager at Next Insurance. As a CPCU, Chris Florence brings extensive knowledge and expertise to their roles.

Chris Florence, CPCU obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness/Agricultural Business Operations from Texas A&M University in 1993.
