Inbal Bergner

Inbal Bergner's work experience begins in 2006 as a Recruitment Consultant with Adecco Tafkid-Plus Israel, where they sorted and filtered resumes, conducted interviews, and maintained client relationships. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as a Recruiter for CPS JOBS, specializing in job placement for the technological market and providing support throughout the hiring process.

In 2011, Bergner joined We R Hunting as a Recruitment Manager, focusing on filling exclusive positions in industries such as Hi-Tech, internet, and media. Inbal then transitioned to AreaOne Ltd. in 2013 as the HR & Recruitment Manager, leveraging algorithmic technology and human intelligence to deliver successful business results.

Since 2016, Bergner has been with Next Insurance, starting as a Talent Acquisition Manager before assuming the role of Talent Acquisition Partner in September 2020. Their responsibilities include identifying and recruiting top talent for the company.

Inbal Bergner attended the College of Management- Rishon Le Zion from 2003 to 2005, where they obtained a BA degree in behavioral science/criminology.
