Peter Yin

Peter Yin, FCAS, currently serves as a Senior Actuary at Next Insurance, where responsibilities include leading actuarial efforts for the Commercial Property and Inland Marine lines of business, overseeing P&L, risk segmentation, and product development. Prior to this, Peter held the position of Director, Actuary at Clearcover, leading the development of financial models and providing investor support. Peter's extensive experience at Liberty Mutual Insurance spanned various roles, including Director II of Product Design & Modeling, where a team was led in designing significant rating programs, as well as in Predictive Analytics and International Enterprise Capital Modeling. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics/Actuarial Science and Economics from the University of Connecticut.
