Shalini Thomas

Regional Vice President at Next Level Urgent Care

Shalini Thomas has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Shalini started their career as a Business Analyst at Memorial Hermann Healthcare System in 2007 and worked there until 2010. In 2011, they pursued an MBA in Public Health at Davenport University while also serving as a Medical Student at St. Matthews University.

After completing their education, Shalini joined The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston in 2016 as a Resident Physician. Shalini worked there until 2019, gaining valuable experience in the medical field.

In 2019, Shalini joined Next Level Urgent Care, LLC, initially as an Associate Medical Director. Shalini was promoted to the role of Medical Director in 2022 and later became a Regional Vice President in 2023. Currently, they hold these positions and is involved in managing and directing medical services.

Shalini Thomas pursued their education in a chronological order. In 2008, they enrolled at the University of Houston-Clear Lake, where they completed a Master of Healthcare Administration degree in 2009, specializing in healthcare administration. Following this, from 2011 to 2015, they attended Davenport University and obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in Public Health. Lastly, they studied at St. Matthew's University from 2011 to 2016, earning a Doctor of Medicine degree in Medicine.
