  • Collaborate with the leadership team to establish the company's product vision and strategy, as well as develop metrics and goals to measure success.

  • Develop product roadmaps and ensure alignment across product teams, cross-functional partners (Finance, Ad Operations, Sales, Account Management), and the leadership team.

  • Implement best-in-class product development and management practices.

  • Lead, manage, and create accountability for members of NM’s development teams.

  • Take ownership and ultimate responsibility for the maintenance and innovation of NM’s products, including:

  • Ad server, DMP (Data Management Platform)

  • DMP (Data Management Platform)

  • Reporting and analytics platforms

  • Publisher and advertiser dashboards

  • App product

  • CTV (Connected TV) and OLV (Online Video)

  • Technical infrastructure

  • Align closely with our overseas development team to create scalable global solutions.

  • Successfully oversee the roll-out and quality control of a wide variety of new features on each product every month.

  • Utilize internal and external data, research, and learning opportunities to anticipate future needs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Head of Product, Director of Product Management, or in a similar leadership role.
  • 3+ years managing and developing local and/or international teams.
  • Proven ability to articulate and execute product vision, strategy, planning, and development.
  • Significant plus if experienced with: Node.js (Express.js), MongoDB, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, GoLang, AWS.
  • A systems thinker with a quick mind and humble confidence.
  • Passionate about design and creative problem-solving with interest in the AdTech industry.
  • Entrepreneurial drive with a demonstrated ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment while building scalable solutions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A  strong collaborator with the ability to partner closely with internal teams.
