Henrik Kraft's work experience begins with a role as a Summer Engineering Internship at Saab in 2018. Henrik then joined Comet Consular Services as a Handling officer and Customer Specialist from August 2016 to August 2017. In 2014, Henrik had two roles: Kundtjänstmedarbetare at Webhallen Sverige AB from January to August, and Reklamationsansvarig i butik at the same company from August 2014 to January 2015. Henrik also worked at Saab with Visstidsanställning Sommarjobb in 2014 and 2013. In 2018, Henrik was a Styrelse ledamot at Förenade byggnads ingenjörer. From November 2020 to April 2021, Henrik was a Sales Development Manager at Next One Technology. Henrik then moved on to become a Customer Success Manager from April 2021 to February 2023, and currently holds the role of Senior Customer Success Manager at the same company since January 2023.

Henrik Kraft has a diverse education history. Starting in 2011, they attended Klara Norra Gymnasium, where they studied subjects related to the field of Natural Sciences until 2014. In 2015, they enrolled at Mälardalen University but did not pursue a specific degree. During this time, they focused on the subject of Economics. From 2017 to 2020, Henrik completed their Bachelor's degree, known as a Kandidatexamen, in the field of Building Technology at Mälardalen University. Alongside their formal education, they also obtained several additional certifications. In 2014, they earned the Cambridge English Advanced English certification from Cambridge Assessment English. In 2016, Henrik acquired the EF Language Test Engelska 80 Avancerad certification from EF Education First. Most recently, in February 2022, they obtained the Customer Success Manager certification from Startdeliver.
