Katherine Mae Romanillos

Katherine Mae Romanillos has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Katherine Mae is currently the Director of Global Operations at Next Reason, where they manage operations on a global scale. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Operations Manager for APAC at Next Reason.

From 2017 to 2020, Katherine worked at HOOQ as the Regional Operations Head for Customer Service in multiple countries. Their responsibilities included directing operational performance and strategy, as well as managing vendor relationships.

Before joining HOOQ, Katherine was employed at Maersk Global Service Centres. Katherine Mae held the position of Commercial Excellence Program Manager, where they optimized customer touch points and drove customer experience behaviors. Katherine Mae also served as the Service Delivery Lead in Pakistan.

Earlier in their career, Katherine worked at Sitel as the Virgin Australia Operations Manager, leading a team to achieve business objectives. Katherine Mae also held the roles of Virgin Australia Team Manager and Dell Computers Team Manager at Sitel.

Prior to Sitel, Katherine worked at Convergys as the SBC Global Team Leader, managing a team of technicians and handling technical escalations. Katherine Mae also worked at Infonxx Inc as a Team Manager, where they motivated and coached customer service representatives.

Katherine's work experience began at eTelecare Global Solutions, where they were a Customer Service Team Officer in Charge, responsible for coaching and motivating agents.

Katherine Mae Romanillos attended Far Eastern University from 1995 to 1996, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology. Following that, from 1996 to 2000, they continued their education at AMA University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology. In September 2020, Katherine obtained the "ITIL 4 Foundation in IT Service Management" certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
